These terms apply to the Zapp app and this website. By using Zapp you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use Zapp.

Your account

You must be at least 13 years old to use Zapp. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. You can delete your account at any time from the app.

Making games

Zapp turns your prompts into games using AI and a set of tested game templates. Generated games can be imperfect, and creation is limited per day. Every game starts as a private draft; publishing to the feed may require a review by our team.

You keep any rights you have in your prompts. By publishing a game you grant Zapp a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, run, display, record previews of and distribute it within Zapp and in promoting Zapp. You can stop future distribution by unpublishing or deleting the game.

You confirm you have the rights to anything you ask Zapp to include, such as names, characters or styles that belong to others.

What's not allowed

• Content that is sexual, hateful, harassing, threatening, or that encourages self-harm or violence against real people.
• Content that infringes someone else's intellectual property or privacy.
• Impersonating others, spam, or misleading games.
• Trying to break, reverse-engineer, overload or get around Zapp's limits and safety systems.
• Using Zapp to break the law.

Reporting and blocking

Every game has a menu to report it or block its creator. Blocking hides all of that creator's games from you. We review reports and may remove games, quarantine versions or suspend accounts that break these terms.

Zapp's service

Zapp is provided as is. We work to keep it running and safe, but we don't promise it will always be available or error-free, and features may change. To the extent the law allows, Zapp is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service.
